HOW TO SELECT YOUR ARCH TYPE
BackJoy Posture Soles are designed to be fitted to your personal arch profile. Arch types are categorized into a Low, Mid, or High categories as illustrated by the Arch Profiles image below. If you know your arch type, please select the type closest to your foot shape. If you are not sure there are some simple ways to check based on your footprint. Make a footprint by wetting the foot and stepping on a tile or piece of paper and observe which arch profile closest resembles your foot. For extra arch support you may level up to the next higher profile. We do not recommend leveling down or up by more than one level.

BackJoy Posture Soles are sized from XS to XXL. Find your size on the size chart below. You can size up if you are unsure or right in between. Posture Soles can be trimmed at the toe along the cut lines underneath. Do not size down.
